The successful candidate will be a hardworking, pro-active and detail-oriented multitasker, with excellent administrative skills and the capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment.  This individual will be responsible for all Human Resources administrative duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting HR Manager and HR Coordinator as needed and requested

  • Answers telephone calls, emails and faxes

  • Assist with maintaining E-Verify documentation (w/in1st three days of hire)

  • Assisting with the organization and planning of meetings

  • Set up interviews a requested by HR Manager

  • Assist with setting up hourly/salaried new hires, setup in Netchex

  • Responsible for preparing New Hire Orientation packets

  • Check phone 1st thing in the morning and throughout the day for call ins, maintain the call-in list

  • Responsible for maintaining application area, keeping area stocked

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of HS Diploma.

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment

  • Reliable and flexible

  • Able to work with little supervision

  • MUST be Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of siting at a desk and working on a computer 

  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
