This person will manage and coordinates all compounding activities and staff by ensuring that batches are made in accordance with the production schedule, and meet all quality parameters in a safe, timely and cost-efficient manner.

Compounder

Responsible for the manufacturing of bulk products (liquid and powder formulations) which are formulated to finished goods.

Pre-Weigh Technician

Provides pre-weigh tasks and actions of chemicals for batch compounding or raw material preparation.

Production Line Worker

Provide unskilled and general manual work on a line involving manual dexterity, small lifting, following directions, and performing basic packaging duties that require no special training.

Production Clerk

Production Machine Operator

Set-up, operate, and maintain machinery ensuring the machine produces high quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained.

The person filling this position will provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and leadership for MCP’s Production QC, Analytical QC, Incoming QC, and Industrial Quality (IQ) Groups within the Quality Control Department.
