Logistic Supervisor
Essentially oversees the shipping and delivery of materials and warehouse personnel. Supervisors also manage inventory and maintain communications with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of merchandise.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Understanding planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory systems
Manage daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries
Tracking the progress of shipments
Coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations
Coordinate with direct reports to review all inventory needs and stock inventory
Duties & Responsibilities:
Understand MCP compass and adhere by it
Coordinate and ensure proper loading and unloading of all trucks
Responsible for accurate and timely pulling and shipping of MOs for production by coordinating with Material Handling to ensure that each line has the appropriate type and number of components to run and changeover efficiently and effectively
Schedule inbound deliveries by coordinating with Purchasing
Plan and schedule the weekly workload for Building 2
Coordinate with the Warehouse Asst. Manager on personnel workload and scheduling issues
Ensure that component inventory counts are completed and verified in a timely manner
Ensure that Transfer Sheets and PO receipts are completed and verified
Responsible for the receipt, handling and storing of components in the appropriate bin location
Ensuring that procedures are completed in accordance with established Logistics and Warehouse processes
Ensures that all employees are aware of their job duties and are cross-trained in any capacity that is necessary to aide in development and growth of staff
Observe employee’s performance and trains in proper processes and standards
Enforces safety guidelines and rules, GMP requirements and all company policies within his/her area
Required Skills & Abilities:
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Strong math skills
Strong organizational, supervisory, and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and supervise others’ work
Education & Experience:
Have a Class A driver’s license
Have a Class A drivers license
Possess forklift certification and able to train others on forklift operations
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and PowerPoint
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of siting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
