Stockroom Clerk

Stockroom clerk is responsible for pulling labels to support production MO’s in Bldg. 1 & 3.  Requires weighing and reconciliation of all product and drug item labels.  Oversight and distribution of all stock room and office supply inventory items such as safety wear and cleaning supplies. 


Department: Logistics

Reports to: Inventory Control Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lift 35 pounds or more

  • Good math skills

  • Computer skills. (Excel proficiency a plus)

  • Transportation. (Travel between Bldg.1 & Bldg.3 Required)

  • Stockroom clerk is responsible for pulling labels to support production MO’s in Bldg. 1 & 3.  Requires weighing and reconciliation of all product and drug item labels.  Oversight and distribution of all stock room and office supply inventory items such as safety wear and cleaning supplies

  • The Stock Room Clerk will coordinate with the Inventory Control Manager to perform duties

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Maintaining correct and complete Label use Logs

  • Ensuring Floor Stock Order forms are correctly completed and filed

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock room inventory

  • Ensure FIFO for all item issuance

  • Ensure safe lifting and storage conditions are upheld in storage room

  • Making sure label room is staffed or locked and secure when no staffing is available

  • Good math skills

  • Computer skills (Excel proficiency a plus)

  • Transportation (Travel between Bldg.1 & Bldg.3 Required)


Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Relevant training

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; and use hands and fingers to handle and feel

  • The employee is occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms

  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
